About Culinarium

Culinarium has an ever-changing menu that our apprentice chefs design and develop under supervision from our award-winning culinary trainers. 

Many of our apprentice chefs have won prestigious awards, and we encourage them to explore their culinary interests using the latest techniques and equipment, along with their imagination and passion. We're exceptionally proud of what they achieve in Culinarium, and we know you'll be impressed with the range and quality of food and beverages available.
