The Tourism Education and Training Award recognises the quality and relevance of our training programs for those who have chosen a career in tourism and hospitality. These programs include apprenticeships and traineeships for employees starting out in their career, our Leaders in Tourism programs for supervisors and managers, and a wide range of short courses covering topics such as Customer Service and Project Management.
As the winner of the Victorian Tourism Award in this category, we were automatically an entrant in these prestigious national awards, vying with each of the other state winners. We would like to congratulate all state winners in each category, and particularly our fellow winners.
