Crown Melbourne wins Employer of Choice!

Crown Melbourne is the proud recipient of an ABA100 award for Employer of Choice in the Australian Business Awards 2014.

This award recognises Australian organisations that maximise the full potential of their workforce through practices that demonstrate effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention. Crown Melbourne won this award because of our dedicated recruitment team, our comprehensive induction for new employees, our highly successful learning and development arm (Crown College), our reward and recognition program, and the many benefits we offer to employees.

The award also recognises that, with a workforce representing over 40 nationalities, a strong Indigenous Employee Program, a steadily growing Disability Employment Services Program, and females holding approximately 31% of our management positions, we truly celebrate diversity in all of our business units, at all levels.

We would like to thank our employees who contribute to making Crown Melbourne a great place to work - and congratulate the other winners in this year's Australian Business Awards.
