Crown Melbourne becomes the only organisation to win Employer of the Year twice!
Crown College is absolutely delighted (maybe even over the moon!) to announce that we were named Employer of the Year in the 2013 Australian Training Awards. This is the second time we have won this prestigious award (the first time being in 2010) and demonstrates that our hard work and ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and genuine learning is providing our employees with the skills and qualifications that will help them build and sustain a career.
Watch the Australian Training Awards interview where some very pleased Crown people talk about not only the quality of our training programs, but also the strong culture of learning for a career, which is supported by our senior management, and backed by a strong financial commitment!
Employees at Crown complete customised programs that are relevant to their current and future roles and delivered by internal trainers and specialist external trainers. Upon successful completion of these programs, employees receive a qualification - such as a Certificate III in Tourism or a Diploma of Management - that is recognised throughout Australia.
We would like to sincerely thank all of our trainers who go above and beyond to engage and inspire their trainees and apprentices; our Crown College employees who work so hard behind the scenes to make sure that every aspect of the administration and co-ordination of our programs is of a high standard; and senior management for their support and vision.
Congratulations to all the winners and finalists of this year’s awards, who are providing their employees with great opportunities to learn and gain qualifications in their chosen careers.
