You will be required to participate in a range of Assessment methods including written tests, practical observations, projects, team work activities and role plays

The Certificate III in Commerical Cookery can be a challenging physical occupation, and may at times require students to work in a warm and humid environment and often on their feet all shift. The handling of raw meat such as beef and pork are a part of the course requirements.
