The Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is delivered over 2 terms. The qualification is made up of 33 units of competency. Entry into this qualification requires students to have successfully completed the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) qualification.
25 Units of Competency will be recognised as Credit Transfer from the successful completion of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. The remaining 8 units will be delivered within a classroom based model.
