Positions are available to prospective students who wish to ‘up-skill’ but they must not be enrolling in a higher level qualification than they already hold.

SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management
You will be required to participate in a range of Assessment methods including written tests, practical observations, projects, team work activities and role plays.
The Certificate IV in Commerical Cookery can be a challenging physical occupation, and may at times require students to work in a warm and humid environment and often on their feet all shift. The handling of raw meat such as beef and pork are a part of the course requirements.
